Zumba Fitness
Zumba Fitness takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning adult dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
A total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Taught by a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor who will move, motivate, energize, and inspire you!
No dance or fitness experience needed! Level is basic.

Zumba Toning is for those who want that dance fitness party, but also want to put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!
The challenge of adding resistance by using light hand weights or Zumba® Toning Sticks helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks (or light hand weights), enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
Taught by a licensed Zumba Toning Instructor.
No dance experience needed but fitness and coordination level is of medium intensity/intermediate.

Looking for a fun new way to burn off the calories & stress of the week? This original adult dance fitness class will get you moving. Not a dance class, not a fitness class—but BOTH! Easy to learn repetitive moves to pop, hip hop and dancehall beats, brief instruction with every new song, & multiple songs per class to increase your fitness level! All in a fun, comfortable, no judgement environment!
Taught by AFAA certified group fitness instructor.
No dance experience needed but level of movement/coordination is intermediate.
