Westmoreland Dance Alliance is a family owned business. All teachers are contributing members of the communities which they reside, and share a love of dance.
Caitlin Talley
Caitlin has been teaching dance since the age of 16 in Northeastern, PA. She was ranked Top Soloist, winning numerous Best Choreography Awards for her work at National Dance Competitions such as Starpower and Faces of the Future with David Blight School of Dance in Clarks Summit, PA. Caitlin debuted in "Nutcracker On Broadway" as the snow queen, and performed in a variety of roles in "Cinderella On Broadway" with charity performances benefiting Canine Companions in New York City. She pursued her education at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Dance Minor and Communications Concentration. She was on the board and choreographed for both Pitt Dance Ensemble and Black Dance Workshop from 2002-2005. Caitlin worked as Season 1 "So You Think You Can Dance" Dance/Personality Scout for the Pittsburgh Area casting dancers with producer Nicola Gaha ("American Idol"). She has danced professionally with Pittsburgh, PA based Xpressions Contemporary Dance Company and has been a member of the Shona Sharif African Dance Ensemble, performing and choreographing for "Black Nativity" and other productions in the city. She has been a judge for Creation Dance Championships across the country, and dance teacher at Full Of Grace School of Dance in Penn Hills, PA. Caitlin has held a multitude of leadership roles. She was a Property Manager for PRG Real Estate Management, an Account Executive at Blattner Brunner Advertising Agency, and Leasing Associate for Glimcher Group, a commercial real estate development and management company. Currently, Caitlin is one of the owners of Westmoreland Dance Alliance, and enjoys studio life. |
Jennifer Bleehash
Jennifer began her dance training at the age of three studying under Shely Pack in Latrobe. Jennifer would go on to stay at Shely’s studio for the next 11 years studying ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, acro, pointe, and was a member of their performing and competitive company. Jennifer continued her dance education at Victoria Blake Dance Academy and Diana’s Performing Arts Center, where she was also a student teacher throughout her high school years. While in college attaining a degree in business and teaching dance full time, Jennifer was presented with the opportunity to open her own studio and Center Stage Dance Company was founded in 2001. For the next ten years, Jennifer managed the studio and its employees while teaching all ages and ability levels in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, lyrical, and pointe. Jennifer loves working with children, which prompted her to open Simply Pink, a girls’ party center, which opened in July 2011. Jennifer’s love of dance and teaching is evident in her classes as she shares her passion with her students. |
Nicole Gauthier
Nicole was born in Ontario, Canada and moved to a town just outside of Paris, France when she was six years old. She started tap dancing in France and then moved to York, PA when she was eleven years old. While living in York, she enrolled at Linda B’s School of Dance and broadened her interest in other dance genres. Nicole is trained in both the Vaganova and Cecchetti methods of ballet technique as well as Graham, Modern (including the Cunningham, Hawkins, and Limon methods), Umfundalai, and improvisation. While studying dance pedagogy and history at Temple University, she received the 2014 Dean’s Grant to produce, direct, choreograph, and perform in an original piece for Clark Park’s “Party in the Park” (Philadelphia, PA) entitled “Reactions through Spaces: An Interaction.” Nicole received her dance performance Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Temple University in December of 2014. She now lives in Monroeville, PA and enjoys teaching the hard-working, dedicated students of Westmoreland Dance Alliance. |
Candice Graytok

Candice is a Human Resource Manager by day and fitness instructor by night. Candice has been instructing fitness for 8 years. She is a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor and Zumba Toning instructor as well as a certified Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) group fitness instructor. Candice has a dance, cheer and cheer coach background. She is pursuing her dreams by opening Empowered Fitness LLC. Her love for dance and music drives her passion for fitness. It moves, motivates and empowers her. Let it and her move you too!
