About our Birthday Party Program Westmoreland Dance Alliance provides a full-service birthday party experience in a variety of fun themes for little girls. Each party includes a party hostess, set-up / clean-up, a dance/ tumble class, a themed craft (if desired), and all paper goods. Just show up with the birthday girl and make some fun memories!
